Job summary

SEIDOR in Brussels invites an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brussels, working Fully remote. You will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have extensive experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile frameworks, plus 5+ years using JIRA, MS Project, Confluence and SharePoint. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (EQF Level 7) or higher with substantial project management experience.
• 15+ years of experience with a Master’s, or 17+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Lean Agile or equivalent).
• 5+ years using JIRA and Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
• 5+ years using Confluence and SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion within scope, budget and schedule.
• Define objectives and outcomes with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks and milestones.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, quality reviews and decision processes.
• Manage risks, issues and changes, obtaining approvals as needed.
• Communicate status with stakeholders and management with clear reports.
