Next Ventures in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end IT service delivery across a multi-provider environment. You will act as the central contact for services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, and leading SIAM governance across the portfolio.

This contract/freelance opportunity is based in Belgium with onsite and remote work options.

Competenze

• 8+ years within IT Service Management / ITIL environments.
• 5+ years as a Service Delivery Manager.
• 3+ years of SIAM (Service Integration & Management) experience.
• 5+ years working within multi-vendor / multi-provider environments.
• Strong escalation, risk and stakeholder management experience.

Senior Service Delivery Manager – Belgium - 6 months+

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a large-scale IT environment, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery and coordinating multiple internal and external service providers.

You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring services remain stable, SLAs are achieved, and suppliers and stakeholders work effectively together.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery across the assigned domain
• Act as the key contact for service delivery, stakeholders and suppliers
• Coordinate multiple internal and external service providers
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service performance, risks and escalations
• Lead service reviews, operational meetings and governance boards
• Oversee incidents, recurring problems, changes and improvement actions
• Produce service reporting and drive continuous service improvement
• Support and develop SIAM / multi-provider governance processes

Your Experience

• 8+ years within IT Service Management / ITIL environments
• 5+ years as a Service Delivery Manager
• Strong experience managing KPIs, SLAs and service performance
• 5+ years working within multi-vendor / multi-provider environments
• 3+ years of SIAM (Service Integration & Management) experience
• Strong escalation, risk and stakeholder management experience
• Experience within government or public-sector environments is highly desirable
• Fluent/working proficiency in Dutch, French and English
