Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for our Brussels hybrid team. You will plan and drive projects from initiation through delivery, aligning objectives with sponsors and stakeholders while managing risks, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires 15+ years with a Master’s or 17+ years with a Bachelor’s, strong PM methodologies (PRINCE2/PMBOK) and Agile experience. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (EQF Level 7) with 15 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 17 years of experience.
• Proficiency with recognised project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Lean Agile).
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, resources, risks, milestones, and quality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality, and resource constraints.
• Define project objectives and business outcomes in close collaboration with the
  Business Manager, project sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, tracking costs, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables against approved plans and tolerances.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, implementing corrective actions and obtaining the required approval for changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinate project governance, including progress meetings, working groups,
  reporting, quality reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Manage stakeholders and communication, using structured stakeholder mapping,
  communication plans, and regular status reporting aligned with the project governance framework.
• Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining project and quality plans and verifying that deliverables meet agreed requirements and standards.
• Provide effective project leadership, motivating team members, fostering collaboration, and supporting the development of skills and expertise.
• Report project status to stakeholders and management, providing accurate and timely information on progress, risks, costs, resources, and expected outcomes.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• If holding a Master’s degree (EQF Level 7): min 15 years of experience.
• If holding Bachelor’s degree: min 17 years of experience
• using recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMBOK,
  and Agile frameworks, including Scrum Management, Lean Agile, or equivalent.
• developing and maintaining project plans, including resources, risks, dependencies,
  milestones and quality.
• 5 years of experience working with project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• 5 years of experience using collaboration platforms such as Confluence and
  SharePoint or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in identifying issues, analysing causes, and proposing solutions.
• 10 years of experience in producing structured technical documentation, reports,
  specifications and presentations.

Certificates and/or standards:

• PM2
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2

Nice to have:

• 3 years of experience using case management systems or similar, i.e. systems managing documents and / or files with workflow, business rules, database management and backoffice functionality for querying, analysis or reporting.
• 1 year of experience of EU rules on data protection.
• 1 year of experience with Artificial Intelligence concepts.
