Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking a talented professional to optimize purchasing processes and lead digital transformation across the global PTS organization.

You will own end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay initiatives, develop KPIs and dashboards in Power BI, and drive ERP improvements including SAP and Master Data Governance. Excellent stakeholder leadership and change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making using Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Keen interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
• Proven project, stakeholder, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of the PTS Supply Chain Roadmap, driving digitalization, outsourcing, automation and AI initiatives.
• Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve purchasing performance across the global PTS organization.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance in the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process.
• Standardize processes and lead ERP initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Shape the future of platforms such as SAP, Be2Net and Master Data Governance.
