Atlas Copco Group is seeking a professional to focus on purchasing processes and drive continuous improvement across the global organization.

You will lead the transformation of our purchasing ecosystem, display strong analytical skills, and manage end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay initiatives with ERP and AI-driven enhancements. The role is hybrid, based in Antwerp, Belgium, and involves shaping the PTS Supply Chain Roadmap and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making using Power BI, Power Automate and SQL.
• Keen interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of the PTS Supply Chain Roadmap with digitalization, outsourcing, automation and AI.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve purchasing performance.
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, automation, and ERP initiatives across the Purchase-to-Pay journey.
