Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Antwerp is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to define, drive and evolve the Portable Air Division's global digital strategy across brands and the full customer journey.

You will lead a team of digital professionals, collaborate with Communications, Marketing, Sales and Product teams, and focus on growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital strategy, marketing, and communications.
• Strong track record in digital transformation and driving business growth.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance measurement skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and influencing across a global organization.
