Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking a Project and Customer Support Coordinator in Brussels to guide Belgian notary offices through a secure network migration. You will own customer contact, proactive follow-up and project administration, liaising with notaries, staff and IT contacts to keep cases moving forward.

You do not need to be a network expert; you must own questions, understand office needs, involve the right people and ensure progress.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, service desk or project coordination.
• Clear customer focus and ability to manage multiple interlocutors.
• Very good command of Dutch and French, and good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Contact notary offices by phone and email and guide them through migration steps.
• Follow up on registration, quotation, information requirements, orders and installation.
• Keep a clear overview of cases in Excel and coordinate with the project team.
• Proactively identify offices needing action and involve the right colleagues.
