Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project & Customer Support Coordinator for a Belgian client-site assignment. You will guide notary offices through the BNN 2.0 migration, coordinating with the project team and external partners to ensure a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach by phone and email, clarifying steps, answering questions, and guiding offices from registration through installation while tracking progress in Excel and following up on quotes and orders.

Qualifications

2–3 years in customer support, service desk, or project coordination.
Strong communication and customer orientation.
Proactive, solution-focused with follow-up by phone and email.
Ability to persuade and motivate others professionally.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases.
Excellent organizational skills and Excel proficiency.
Very good Dutch and French, plus working English.

Responsibilities

Proactively contacting notary offices by phone and email to guide them through BNN 2.0.
Explain expectations and next steps; answer practical questions.
Direct technical inquiries to appropriate personnel and follow up as needed.
Encourage timely registration and order placement; monitor progress.
Track cases from registration to installation and follow up on quotes.
Maintain an overview of ongoing cases in Excel and coordinate with project team.
Identify offices needing action and initiate contact; liaise with external partners.
