Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking a medior Project and Customer Support Coordinator in Brussels to guide Belgian notaries through migrating to a safer network environment. You will manage customer contact, follow-up, and project administration, ensuring smooth progression from registration to installation.

You will regularly speak with notaries, their staff and IT contacts, clarify needs, and involve the right colleagues for technical follow-up. 40% office, 60% home-based hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer support or project coordination.
• Strong communication with different interlocutors and proactive follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and organise project administration.

Responsibilities

• Contact notaries by phone and email and guide them through migration steps.
• Explain expected actions and clarify next steps for each office.
• Ensure technical questions reach the right specialists and track progress in Excel.
• Proactively identify offices needing action and coordinate with project team.
• Maintain clear status over ongoing cases and support installation workflows.
