Job summary

Modulaire Group in Belgium is seeking a Call Centre Agent/Customer Support to join our Beringen team in a hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling requests and complaints by phone and email while coordinating with Operations, Production, Logistics, Planning, Fleet and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong Dutch/French/English skills, MS Office proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset. ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, administrative support, or operations coordination.
• Good command of Dutch, French, and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and complaints via phone and email.
• Register, document, and follow up on intervention requests related to rental assets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, Planning, Fleet, and Finance teams.
• Keep customers informed about intervention schedules, progress, and completion.
