Job summary

Deloitte in Belgium is seeking a Manager in M&A Transaction Advisory Services to lead due diligence engagements and shape the financial narrative of transactions for family-owned clients. You will advise on valuation and deal structure while collaborating with entrepreneurs to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence and M&A advisory.
• Affinity with M&A and Corporate Finance market.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Solution- and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with professional assertiveness.
• Demonstrated project management and Excel skills.
• Clear communication and ability to persuade and influence.
• Ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
• Strong teamwork and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication; French is a plus.
