Keytrade Bank seeks an Learning & Development Specialist to drive delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives. You will start with operational management and gradually shape our L&D strategy and roadmap, aligning with business needs.

You will collaborate with the Head of People Development, promote opportunities, manage registrations, and ensure high-quality learning experiences, while monitoring trends and KPIs.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in Human Resources or related area.
• Interest in developing expertise in Learning & Development.
• Comfortable working with different types and levels of stakeholders.
• Experience using HR systems (digital tools).
• Fluent in either French or Dutch, with working knowledge of the other national language and fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end learning initiatives and registrations for participants.
• Identify learning needs in collaboration with employees and managers and propose solutions.
• Research learning providers, manage relationships, and follow up.
• Administer learning activities and reporting in HR systems.
• Be the point of contact for learning opportunities across the organization.
