Job summary

Stanley/Stella seeks a Learning & Development Lead to shape our people strategy, build the Stanley/Stella Academy and drive capability development across functions and regions. You will design a modern learning ecosystem, align leadership development with growth, and implement measurements to enable transformation and succession readiness.

Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure learning supports growth, culture, and long-term success, while delivering engaging experiences and scalable

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing learning strategies and development programmes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience building learning academies, frameworks or capability development programmes is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies and leadership development.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and digital learning solutions.
• Ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with a strong command of French.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the design, deployment and evolution of the Stanley/Stella Academy.
• Develop scalable programmes that strengthen capabilities for long-term growth.
• Lead LMS optimisation and ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Partner with business leaders to design learning solutions that boost commercial performance.
• Deliver learning initiatives directly as trainer or facilitator and build internal capability.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and ROI measures to demonstrate learning impact.
