Platform Science, Inc. is seeking a standalone Learning & Development professional to own end-to-end L&D across our distributed SaaS business (c.1,100 employees).

You’ll design and deliver manager effectiveness programs, maintain global training records, and drive a performance-oriented culture. As an individual contributor, you’ll blend strategic priority setting with hands-on delivery, coaching, and cross-cultural collaboration across Europe, India, and other markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a dedicated L&D or People Development role, ideally in tech/scale-up
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven hands-on experience facilitating corporate programs with multi-country exposure
• Coaching certification or strong coaching frameworks
• Strong familiarity with modern LMS is highly advantageous

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver manager effectiveness programs and train records management across jurisdictions
• Develop content to address underperformance and support performance enablement
• Lead cross-cultural alignment and live delivery of training sessions (virtual and in-person)
• Maintain LMS records, generate completion reports, and partner with HR on milestones
• Own end-to-end L&D roadmap and toolkit development across Europe and India
