bpost is seeking a Learning & Development Support Officer to assist with the Assess & Develop team, handling Learning, Talent Management and Performance processes, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes admin support, LMS usage, and coordination of learning activities, with a focus on ensuring accurate data, smooth project execution, and collaborative delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Ideally at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, HR, Learning & Development or internal services environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and day-to-day management of Learning, Talent Management and Performance processes and tools.
• Assist employees in the use of digital HR platforms and tools, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide first-line support to users via shared mailboxes, email and telephone.
• Participate in testing, validation and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance and optimization of process documentation and user guides.
• Provide operational and administrative support for learning programs and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to organize learning activities.
• Develop and communicate training schedules to the relevant parties.
• Ensure accurate updates in the systems and follow up on planning changes.
• Extract and update existing reports and perform basic analyses to support activity monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards.
• Document existing processes and perform quality checks on Assess & Develop activities.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to specific HR projects.
