Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in KYC (IT project context required).
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Strong IT conceptual and technical affinity.
• Experience in a scaled agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, IT teams, testers to develop domain knowledge and reuse.
• Analyze and design new business processes, define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Define metrics and performance goals for applications with project managers and architects.
• Transition requirements and use cases to designers for clear understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing.
• Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirements work products.
• Plan and execute the business analysis requirements management strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external dev and technology delivery orgs for successful solution delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.
