Job summary

Qualifications

Four years BA experience in a KYC context.
Four years of BA experience in KYC (IT) projects.
Strong understanding of workflow processes (mandatory).
Experience in a scaled agile environment (Mandatory).
Analytical mind with conceptual thinking (Mandatory).
Negotiation, persuasion and structured approach (Mandatory).
Able to work independently and with attention to detail (Mandatory).
Strong written and spoken communication in English (Mandatory); Dutch or French also required.

Responsibilities

Own a portion of the KYC Squad activities, collaborating with BAs, Product Owner, IT teams and testers.
Elicit, analyse, document and manage requirements across the project lifecycle.
Define product requirements and use cases; design business processes and support testing.
Transfer knowledge to designers and ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Translate testing requirements into test conditions and expected results.
Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams to manage dependencies.
