Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Functional Analyst with substantial IT systems experience to design functional solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The role requires KYC knowledge and proficiency in Dutch or French, with a balance of on-site and remote work.

The candidate will translate business requirements into detailed specifications, guide stakeholders, and ensure architecture compliance while coordinating with multiple teams. Start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems is required.
• KYC knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of analysis methodology aligned with enterprise standards is required.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French is required.

Responsabilités

• Identify business problems and requirements and map out potential solutions.
• Assess the costs and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Guide the Business Analyst and client towards solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with architectural and security standards.
• Collaborate with architects to define the solution architecture.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Asset Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, client, and asset teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Define functional responsibilities with the relevant asset teams.
• Design the application solution and assess impacts on application components.
• Specify requirements with the relevant technical teams.
• Monitor development and testing against the functional specifications.
• Define components involving queues, security, and integration layers.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and assembly testing.
• Analyse defects identified during testing.
• Support release and deployment teams across different environments.
• Provide ad hoc production support to operational teams and helpdesks.
• Analyse production incidents and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute across disciplines when required to achieve sprint goals.
