Job summary

Rhox in Brussels is seeking a senior business analyst to translate business needs into concrete requirements for a KYC front-end application. You will own parts of the analysis throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with analysts, product owners, architects, developers and testers.

You will elicit and document requirements, design processes, manage traceability, and translate requirements into test conditions while aligning with delivery teams on metrics and performance goals.

Qualifications

• At least four years of business analysis experience in KYC IT projects.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Requirements management experience and a good understanding of IT and testing.
• Understanding of workflow processes and strong conceptual and technical IT knowledge.
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, with attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt to change.
• Dutch or French, C1.
• English, C1.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Design business processes and define detailed product use cases.
• Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
