Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Financial Security for a Brussels-based consultancy mission. You will analyze and document KYC, KYI, AML, and Transaction Monitoring processes, map AS-IS to TO-BE models, identify bottlenecks, and develop practical solutions.

You will coordinate with local teams and a central Delivery Center to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and implementation. The role requires 1+ year of BA experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English with

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with various IT tools.
• Procedure writing is preferable.
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products).
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Stress resistant and flexible.
• Fluent in English.
• Native in French or Dutch (one of the two languages is needed).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing KYC, KYI, AML, and Transaction Monitoring processes.
• Map AS-IS processes and contribute to TO-BE processes and target operating models.
• Identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
• Perform root-cause analysis to understand issues.
• Translate problems into clear problem statements with impact and causes.
• Develop and assess practical solution proposals with benefits and risks.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and support stakeholders through implementation.
• Support knowledge transfer and standardisation of Financial Security activities.
• Coordinate and support training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• PMO support across transformation initiatives and reporting.
