Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks a Business Analyst focusing on Financial Security at client Brussels site. You will analyze KYC/KYI/AML processes, map AS-IS, design TO-BE operating models, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in a hybrid on-site / homeworking setup.

You will coordinate with local teams and a central Delivery Center, develop work instructions and training content, and support PMO activities across transformation initiatives. Fluency in English and French/Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree is required.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with various IT tools.
• Procedure writing is preferable.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently.

• Fluent in English.
• Native in French or Dutch (one of the two languages is needed).
• 50% on-site & 50% homeworking expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document existing KYC, KYI, AML, and Transaction Monitoring processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Map AS-IS processes and contribute to TO-BE processes and target operating models.
• Identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps.
• Perform root-cause analysis to understand issues.
• Translate problems into clear problem statements with impact and causes.
• Develop and assess practical solution proposals with benefits, requirements, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and support stakeholders through implementation.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, automate, or redesign activities while maintaining standards.
• Support implementation of solutions and follow-up until improvements are delivered.
• Translate new KYC policies into operational processes.
• Standardise Financial Security activities and documentation.
• Assist transition of activities to a central Delivery Center.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between local teams and the Delivery Center.
• Assess standardisation and maturity before transition.
• Develop Work Instructions, documentation, training materials, onboarding content, and guidance.
• Capture operational knowledge with SMEs and translate into sustainable processes.
• Support training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide PMO support across transformation initiatives and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure action follow-up.
• Translate meetings into action plans and deliverables.
• Prepare management presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Monitor KPIs and transformation indicators to identify trends and improvements.
• Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual workloads and improve Excel/BI usage.
• Support Change Management activities and adoption of new ways of working.
• Ensure changes are embedded in processes and documentation.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
• Support ad hoc Financial Security transformation and regulatory priorities.
