Job summary

Yonderland is expanding its IT service desk to support HQ, warehouse, and stores across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK. The role focuses on incident and service request management, user communication, and collaboration with internal teams and providers.

The ideal candidate speaks Dutch with good French, has IT support experience or relevant education, and is proficient in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra/Azure. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Dutch speaker with good French knowledge.
• Experience in a similar IT support role or relevant IT course/education.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, Intune and Entra/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and service request tickets raised by HQ, warehouse and stores, including detection, recording, analysis, diagnosis and resolution or escalation.
• Act as interface between users, internal support teams and service providers.
• Ensure timely escalation for high severity incidents and maintain standard processes.
