Job summary

RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech is seeking an Account Executive based in Belgium to join our fast-growing hospitality SaaS platform. You will manage full sales cycles from lead to close, leverage industry knowledge, and contribute to inbound/outbound strategies while staying close to market insights.

In this hybrid role (2 days remote), you’ll engage independent hotels, build relationships, and travel to events or meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or technology sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on demonstration requests and marketing-qualified leads.
• Full sales cycle management from cold calling to closing deals.
• Identify prospect decision-makers and uncover critical business issues.
