Job summary

RateHawk seeks an Account Manager to expand our presence in the Belgium market. You will maintain and develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs while collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities. Expect up to 30% travel and regular CRM-based reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B travel account management or business development, with fluency in English, Dutch, and French. Remote work is available in Belgium, with corporate training and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in account management or business development of B2B companies within the travel industry.
• In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, OTA).
• Fluent in English, Dutch (Flemish) and French; other languages are advantageous.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Provide system training to partners and manage API deals.
• Provide market and competitive analysis and regular CRM reporting.
