Yazaki International Corporation in Belgium seeks an HR Operations Specialist to join the YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen. You will handle personnel administration, payroll support, and employee relations across the HQ EMEA region.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in HR administration, is fluent in English, and can manage HR systems, time registration, and payroll processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years HR administration or payroll support in HQ EMEA.
• Knowledge of Labour / Employment law.
• Experience with HR processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR systems, time registration, or payroll systems.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

• Monitor and maintain time registration system.
• Process adjustments in time registration.
• Administer new hire documentation and contracts.
• Manage offboarding documentation.
• Administer home office arrangements.
• Maintain sick leave records.
• Organize medical examinations.
• Prepare warning letters and disciplinary documentation.
• Prepare monthly HR reports.
• Coordinate international assignments and foreign employment.
