Yusen Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to advise managers on HR topics, manage absenteeism, and implement HR policies across branches in South Belgium. The role requires strong FR and EN communication skills and a proactive approach to aligning HR activities with corporate compliance and local laws.

Flexibility to travel between sites is expected, with an informal international environment and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience as HRBP.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel to different sites in South Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Advise stakeholders, provide expert guidance and coaching to managers in HR.
• Absenteeism management.
• Support and execute in rolling out new and existing HR policies.
• Introduce new employees to Corporate Compliance.
• Translate the company’s HR/People agenda to branches.
• Ensure branches act in line with quality systems and local laws.
• Monitor absenteeism levels for branches.
• Handle assigned companywide HR tasks.
• Prepare and present reports.
