Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa (YEMEA) in Lummen, Belgium, seeks an HR Operations Specialist to manage HR administration, payroll support, and related processes for a HQ EMEA environment. The role includes time registration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and payroll coordination.

You will support employees and managers, maintain accurate records, and assist with international assignments and relocations, in a hybrid setup with 1 day remote work per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR administration and payroll support in HQ/EMEA environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR systems, time registration, or payroll systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage time registration system.
• Administer onboarding, changes and offboarding processes.
• Handle home office arrangements and records in HR systems.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and insurance administration.
• Coordinate monthly HR and payroll reports.
• Support employee relations and documentation per policy.
• Prepare payroll input data and adjustments in the payroll system.
• Coordinate international assignments and relocations as needed.
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related queries.
