Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. in Belgium is seeking an HR Operations Specialist at its YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen. You will manage time registration, employee data, payroll inputs, and HR reports while supporting managers and employees across the EMEA region.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR administration or payroll support in a HQ EMEA environment, with strong MS Office skills and English fluency. 1 day of remote work per week is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle.
• Experience with HR systems, time registration, or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the time registration system.
• Process adjustments in the time registration system.
• Administer new hire documentation and employment contracts.
• Manage offboarding documentation for departing employees.
• Administer home office arrangements.
• Maintain sick leave records.
• Organize medical examinations.
• Prepare monthly HR reports including sick leave, training hours, absences, lunch vouchers, insurance, social subscriptions.
• Coordinate international assignments and foreign employment administration.
• Support employee relocations.
• Manage hospital and AG insurance administration.
• Support Social Medical Team activities.
• Advise employees on HR-related matters.
• Support managers with HR-related questions.
• Prepare monthly payroll input data and payroll adjustments.
