Job summary

Axis Group is seeking an HR Officer to design and drive behavioral development programs, with a focus on learning culture and stakeholder collaboration. You will create annual training plans, coordinate workshops, and monitor progress with robust reporting.

You bring 5+ years of internal training or coaching, fluency in Dutch and French, and a strong handle on Belgian labor law and GDPR. The role includes coaching, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal training, soft skill development, or coaching and mentoring.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, English considered an asset.
• Solid understanding of Belgian labor law, GDPR and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and coordinate programs focused on behavioral development.
• Analyze needs through interviews, surveys, and competency assessments.
• Measure effectiveness with KPIs, feedback and evaluations.
• Create an annual training plan with managers and executives.
• Select and oversee delivery of workshops, webinars, and e-learning sessions.
• Manage training catalog, budgets, and relationships with external vendors.
• Serve as a confidential point of contact for development, wellbeing, and career-related matters.
• Organize coaching sessions and maintain training records across locations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy standards and Belgian labor laws.
• Establish dashboards to track progress and support a culture of learning.
• Report on office management activities and initiatives.
