Perspective Blue SRL is seeking an HR Officer (Generalist) in Brussels to oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll admin for about 25 employees, and HR reporting. You will manage registrations with benefits providers, support talent management and employee engagement, and partner with the HR Manager on various HR projects.

You will work in a multicultural setting, requiring excellent English plus Dutch and French skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of payroll administration experience and good knowledge of Belgian employment law.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment contracts.
