Job summary

ARCHIMED is seeking a highly motivated HR intern to join our Lyon, France team for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will work with teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo, gaining hands-on experience in a global investment firm focused on healthcare.

This role offers mentorship, exposure to onboarding, training initiatives, and performance processes. You will support HR operations, contribute to training programs, and develop content for ARCHIMED Academy while

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance review process, including feedback collection and meeting organization.
• Assist ARCHIMED ACADEMY: content creation for trainings and onboarding, coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates.
• Help prepare presentations and HR materials.
• Support HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance processes).
• Provide ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions.

The Team

Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, etc)
• Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY : content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates
• Helping prepare presentations and HR materials
• Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process)
• Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions

Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
• Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
• High attention to detail and rigor in execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment)
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
