Job summary

The URGO Group Belgium, based in Uccle, offers an immersive HR internship to support day-to-day HR management and cross-functional projects within a Belgian SME setting. You will gain hands-on exposure to generalist HR in a small but dynamic team, blending operational administration with strategic development initiatives.

Working closely with the local HR Manager, you will cover recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and training, while contributing to HR

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Belgian degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in French; Dutch a strong asset; English acceptable.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Enrolled in final year of Bachelor or Master.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes from intake to interviews and onboarding.
• Assist with HR administration including payroll checks, benefits, and documentation.
• Contribute to training plans, registrations, and monitoring.
