Then we are looking for you!
What does the job involve?
As an HR Generalist, you step into a versatile role where people-focused HR and a strong administrative approach go hand in hand. You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, support payroll processes and contribute to various HR projects. It is a broad role offering plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to further develop yourself.
A selection of your responsibilities:
Recruitment

Onboarding
- You guide new colleagues throughout their onboarding journey, from welcoming them on their first day to further follow-up during their first 6 months, contributing to a professional and welcoming employee experience.
HR-administration
- You ensure accurate and timely HR administration throughout the entire employee journey, from joining the company to leaving the organization.
- You follow up on a wide range of employee-related processes, from contracts and HR documentation to medical examinations and other practical HR matters.
Payroll
- You support the preparation and follow-up of payroll and work closely with your HR colleague to ensure accurate payroll administration.
HR-projects
- You actively contribute to various HR projects and improvement initiatives and help identify ways to further strengthen our HR processes and employee experience.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a first relevant experience within HR, preferably in an all-round HR role, with a strong interest in recruitment.
- You work accurately and have an affinity with payroll and HR administration.
- You are a strong communicator and easily build relationships with candidates, employees and managers.
- You think proactively and take initiative.
- You like to take ownership of your responsibilities and work in a result-oriented way.
- You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You feel comfortable working in an international environment and easily collaborate with colleagues across different entities.
What can you expect from us?
- A broad and varied HR role where you can further develop your skills across recruitment, onboarding, HR-administration and payroll, without being limited to just one HR area.
- Plenty of autonomy and ownership, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on our HR operations.
- A supportive HR team with short decision-making lines, within an international working environment.
- An attractive salary package complemented by additional benefits such as meal vouchers (€10), hospitalization and disability insurance, a mobile phone, and more.
- The possibility to work from home.
- A warm SME environment where collaboration, team spirit and enjoying work are key.
- Extra perks such as after-work drinks and regular team events.
