Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior recruitment consultant to lead ICT, engineering and technical recruitment within Belgium, leveraging SuccessFactors and supporting internal mobility across large organisations.

You will manage vacancy intakes, write effective adverts, screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, and coach hiring managers and junior recruiters on feedback. Travel across East and West Flanders is required; full-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in recruitment and selection.
• Experience in organisations with 3,000+ employees.
• Experience with internal mobility in large organisations (5,000+).
• Behavioural interviewing using the STAR method and assessment report analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Experience recruiting ICT, engineering and technically skilled profiles.
• Experience developing role-specific selection cases and selection reports.
• Experience negotiating salary offers within guidelines.
• Strong teamwork, organisational and project skills with autonomy.
• Able to challenge hiring managers' views when evidence supports a different decision.
• Dutch language at C2 level.

• At least five years' experience in recruitment and selection.
• Recruitment experience in organisations with over 3,000 employees.
• Internal mobility experience in organisations with over 5,000 employees, including feedback to unsuccessful internal candidates.
• Behavioural interviewing using the STAR method and assessment report analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Experience recruiting ICT, engineering and technically skilled profiles.
• Experience developing role-specific selection cases and writing selection reports.
• Experience negotiating salary offers within agreed guidelines.
• Strong teamwork, organisational and project skills, with autonomy in complex environments.
• Confidence challenging hiring managers' views when selection evidence supports a different decision.
• Dutch, C2.
