USG Professionals Belgium seeks an experienced hands-on Business Analyst with HR expertise to support a major HR planning and workforce transformation programme. You will work with stakeholders to understand current processes and define the future state solution.

The role focuses on AS-IS and TO-BE analyses, requirements gathering, and ensuring solutions cover shift, holiday and absence planning, as well as capacity planning. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• HR domain experience is essential.
• Experience with HR planning / workforce planning.
• Experience translating AS-IS to TO-BE processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proactive and independent worker.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and document AS-IS processes and business rules.
• Define and document TO-BE processes and business rules.
• Analyse current HR planning tools and ways of working.
• Investigate options for the future planning solution and assess fit.
• Gather and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform impact analyses across processes, organisation, data and applications.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
• Support definition of solutions around shift planning, holiday and absence planning.
• Support testing, validation and implementation of the future solution.
• Contribute to documentation, user guidance and change activities.
