AXA Partners Belgium seeks a Workforce Manager to develop, manage and optimize staffing plans for our Motor & Home operations. This role blends data analysis with operational insight and project management to enable a flexible, efficient workforce.

You will translate KPIs into staffing scenarios, build 24/7 schedules, support transformation projects, and ensure alignment between planning and on-the-ground reality. Strong analytical skills, WFM experience, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into practical schedules.
• Experience with workforce management tools (WFO/WFM) systems.
• Proven scheduling in a 24/7 environment.
• Operational understanding of floor processes and dynamics.
• Project management to support transformation projects.
• Excellent communication to explain plans and secure buy-in.
• Flexible and proactive with initiative for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop staffing plans and scenarios based on data and KPIs.
• Create, manage and adjust 24/7 staff schedules, accounting for absences.
• Support transformation projects and new workforce models; assist AI initiatives on the floor.
• Ensure alignment between planned staffing and on-the-ground realities; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
