Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern to join the team in Brussels. You will lead a housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness standards across rooms and public areas, and act as the liaison between guests and other departments.

You will also be partly responsible for stock management and will model service excellence while driving improvements in quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Housekeeping Attendants and coordinate daily tasks.

• Proactively initiate improvements to service quality.
