NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is seeking an Front Office Intern to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and provide personalized service in a luxury setting. You will engage with international guests, coordinate with hotel teams, and contribute to memorable stays.
The role offers valuable training within Minor Hotels, with benefits including guest-night stays, staff discounts, and growth opportunities across our global network. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Responsabilités
- Welcome guests warmly from arrival to departure.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, including admin procedures.
- Maintain communication with guests and provide local recommendations.
- Upsell hotel services and upgrades where appropriate.
- Assist with guest complaints professionally and empathetically.
