Motel One Brussels is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department. You will help ensure cleanliness standards across all areas and assist with ordering, deliveries and staff onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, leadership potential and excellent communication in French and English. Join our team and contribute to a high-quality guest experience in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and passion for developing employees.
• Strong communication in English and French is preferred.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant or retail sectors welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the Housekeeping department with a focus on guest and employee well-being.
• Oversee ordering and deliveries within Housekeeping.
• Ensure Motel One housekeeping standards and overall cleanliness of all areas.
• Lead coaching, cross-training and onboarding for new staff.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally in multicultural teams.
