Job summary

The Usual Brussels is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet The Usual’s high standards. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate with other departments, and drive improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will guide recruitment, training, and development, stay financially aware, and uphold safety and sustainability practices across the housekeeping function.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in housekeeping in hospitality, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team, coach and support staff.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, room assignments, staffing and workload.
• Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high cleanliness standards.
