Job summary

The Usual Brussels is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness standards, while guiding colleagues and maintaining a smooth daily workflow.

You’ll supervise, inspect, and assist on the floor, communicating with Front Office and Housekeeping Manager to keep operations running efficiently. English is required; Dutch is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Ability to supervise and guide a team on the floor.
• Strong eye for cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during shifts.
• Distribute daily cleaning tasks and monitor progress.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed.
• Communicate room status and issues to Housekeeping Manager.
• Mentor new team members and provide practical guidance.
