Job summary

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a leading hotel in Brussels. You will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, solid experience in hotel F&B, and breakfast service expertise. Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus, with a permanent CDI in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a branded hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel food & beverage operations, with specific expertise in breakfast service.
• Proficient with labor management tools: staff scheduling, timekeeping systems, POS, PMS, and guest package integration.
• Natural team leader with solid organizational skills and hands-on attitude.
• Enjoys training and developing others, with a coaching mindset.
• Open, energetic, proactive, guest-focused mindset, comfortable engaging with international guests.
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Permanent contract (CDI) with stable international working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the main restaurant and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, front office, events, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Maintain brand standards and service excellence across all shifts.
• Train and mentor team members in a positive, structured environment.
• Act as a role model to welcome guests warmly and authentically.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and labor tools.
