Job summary

The Hotel. Brussels is offering an internship program in Brussels through Hosco, designed to provide hands-on experience in project management, HR support, and daily hotel operations. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to guest satisfaction, and gain practical skills for a career in hospitality.

Eligible students will receive an internship allowance up to €750/month and complimentary lunches on duty; a valuable entry into the hospitality industry in a prestigious environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality Management or related field; internship convention starting November 2026 for at least 6 months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service; adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and data analysis to drive project outcomes.
• Gain exposure to daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B) and support guest service excellence.
• Support HR-related tasks such as policies development, employee records, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and event planning needs.
