Job summary

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is seeking a Food & Beverage Trainee to join our team in Brussels. You will support beverage and dining operations across outlets, gain hands-on hospitality experience, and learn from a friendly, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field with internship agreement for a minimum of 3 months starting October 2026.
• Fluent in French and English to communicate with international guests and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restaurant and F&B operations across outlets and events.
• Support guest service, set-up, and service delivery during shifts.
• Participate in internal trainings and networking opportunities.
• Gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations and guest service.
