Job summary

The Hotel. Brussels is seeking a Meetings & Events Trainee (internship) in Brussels to learn end-to-end event management alongside our experienced team.

You will engage with clients, assist with proposals, contracts, and invoicing, and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a dynamic hotel setting. We welcome energetic, proactive individuals currently studying Hospitality Management or related fields, with an internship agreement for January 2027 and a minimum duration of 4 months (6

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• Internship agreement required from January 2027 for 4–6 months.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong administrative or commercial skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, respond to inquiries, and propose event options.
• Assist with contract preparation and invoicing processes.
• Support clients throughout their event journey to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with F&B, Kitchen and Front Office to coordinate events.
