Job summary

The Hoxton Brussels is offering a hospitality internship where you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience in a buzzing hotel setting. You will assist with guest requests, support the Front Office team, and handle light admin tasks while learning the ropes of hotel operations.

This internship runs for a minimum of 3 months, starts immediately, and includes a monthly stipend of 550€ (with Belgian interns exempt as applicable), transport

Responsibilities

Be the first face guests see and create a welcoming experience.
Assist with check-ins/outs and handle billing inquiries.
Collaborate with Front Office and other teams to manage occupancy levels.
Answer phones, handle requests, and provide local recommendations.
Handle light administrative tasks and paperwork as needed.
Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment.
