Job summary

The Hotel. Brussels is seeking a Meetings & Events Trainee to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end event management within a prestigious hotel. You will work closely with experienced teams to support client events and guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

The role offers university-level exposure, language use across English and French, and a housing support allowance for students living abroad, up to 750€/month.

Qualifications

• Requires internship agreement effective from January 2027 (minimum 4 months).
• Fluent English and French with international clientele; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and prepare attractive event proposals.
• Assist with contract preparation and invoicing processes.
• Help ensure outstanding guest experience by supporting clients throughout their event journey.
• Participate in weekly meetings and coordinate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office teams.
