Job summary

The Hotel. Brussels is offering a Food & Beverage Trainee internship in Brussels, inviting you to immerse in the city’s luxury hospitality scene. You will assist with setting up banquets, receptions and exclusive events, while refining your attention to detail in a professional team environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in F&B operations, guest relations and upscale service standards, preparing you for a career in premium hospitality with support and guidance from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management or Tourism with an internship agreement for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of staying for up to 12 months.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or other languages are an advantage.
• Energetic, communicative, guest-service oriented and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up banquets, receptions and exclusive events.
• Support Food & Beverage operations and guest relations.
• Learn the standards of upscale service and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
