BYD EUROPE is seeking a Head of Sales for DENZA covering Belgium and Luxembourg. You will drive market expansion, build a premium dealer network, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration.

Responsibilities include strategy development, multichannel business growth, and close collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional teams to promote the DENZA brand across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Formación

• 8+ years of proven success in senior automotive sales leadership roles.
• Experience with premium brand launches is preferred.
• Fluent in French and Dutch with professional English as corporate language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and meet targets.
• Manage business development with a B2B2C approach and monitor key sales KPIs.
• Build and animate a premium dealer network to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry partners and end users; visit customers regularly.
• Forecast sales, produce regular reports, and provide market insights and challenges.
• Identify new market segments and customer groups aligned with the business plan.
• Coordinate with Marketing to organize customer events and promotions to strengthen brand presence.
• Lead, develop and appraise the sales team; set targets and measure performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Network, Operations, Aftersales, Finance, Legal and HR to support goals.
