Job summary

BYD BeLux in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Zone Manager Aftersales BeLux (Passenger Cars) to lead aftersales across the dealer network and deliver superior service levels. The role focuses on developing service products, transforming customer experiences, and coordinating with regional partners to meet KPIs.

You will travel frequently within Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad, including a potential trip to China, and work with the local call center and HQ to ensure consistent quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a similar aftersales/ automotive or e-mobility role.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad (including China) ~25%.

Zone Manager Aftersales BeLux (Passenger Cars) - BYD & Denza

Brussels, Belgium | Full time | Aftersales

BYD & Denza are setting up and growing their after-sales activities in Belgium and Luxembourg. As Zone Manager Aftersales, you build and maintain a strong, customer-focused service level across the dealer network. You support local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction, and you play an important role in developing, implementing and maintaining service products and after-sales propositions. You ensure that service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all administrative tasks needed.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and support the dealer partners’ service network management: service preparation, monitoring and managing the aftersales business plan, and steering continuous service level improvement.
• Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for after-sales project development, execution and assessment.
• Ensure the localization and implementation of the BYD aftersales policies and standards in the network to build a strong service network. Secure the quality of the service network through timely training, tooling and other supportive materials and programs.
• Own and continuously improve the KPIs of all authorized repairers and service centers. In collaboration with our Chinese and European HQ, create, implement and ensure regular and ad hoc performance reporting.
• Implement our customer-centric approach and the unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners. Manage regional customer satisfaction (service NPS), collect and analyze service and maintenance data, and help partners resolve customer complaints and negative feedback in time. Support and monitor partners’ CX process improvement with a Voice of Customer focus, supported by the local call center set-up.
• As an after-sales expert, support and communicate with the technical support, quality and warranty teams on critical issue handling, quality investigation and training arrangements.
• Coordinate spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the parts supply chain team and steer parts service level improvement.
• Work with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual after-sales objectives and KPIs.
• Travel across the region as needed to support day-to-day after-sales business and keep a close relationship with dealer partners. Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the line manager.

Your profile

• Willing to travel very frequently within Belgium and Luxembourg and abroad, including potential trips to China (about 25% of your time).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level, acquired by education or work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive or e-mobility, within an importer or OEM.
• Organized, with strong communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures and regulations; self-learning, able to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• High attention to detail, time management and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license for the EU.
